Design

We used Primer 3[2] to search the suitable site and check it by IDT OligoAnalyzer™ Tool.[3]
General considerations for PCR Primers.[4]

(1) : Primer size between 25~30 bps.

(2) : Value of GC content should be 40%~60%.

(3) : 3’ end with highly GC content.

(4) : Tm value between 50~60°C.
